I've always been a coffee enthusiast, and a regular drink at least 3 cups a day, when I have to work, and a few more on the weekends. I can live without it, but, on the other hand, I like to drink, so what should I do? There have always been stories in the media about whether coffee is good or bad, it is in front of you, with a lot of conflicting stories that are clearly at odds with each other. So, I decided to do my own research, and if there is any truth to any of these arguments. Here is my take on the effects of coffee.

One argument is that coffee is very good for the liver, such as the reduction of lead to liver cirrhosis, with an 80% or more, and there have even been studies that have coffee, with a reduction in liver cancer. On the other side of the argument, studies have shown that coffee and that will interfere with the absorption of certain medications and antibiotics. So, if you already have problems with the liver, and are taking medication for them, coffee can worsen the symptoms that are not improving.
